Refund policy
Perishable:
Unlike garden supplies, clothing and other non-perishable items, flower bulbs which are perishable cannot be resold if returned. For this reason, we do not normally accept returns.
Our pledge and guarantee to our customers is that they will always receive bulbs that are in excellent condition, as described, handled with care and well packaged.
We encourage our customers to inspect all bulbs and to care for them upon receipt. If you receive bulbs that are damaged, or labeled incorrectly, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can provide a replacement or refund upon return.
Non-Perishable:
Items sold and shipped by www.bloomterrace.com can be returned or replaced, when available, by mail within 30 days of receipt for return eligibility. If an item you received from www.bloomterrace.com is damaged, not as described and/ or defective, you may return by mail for a refund or replacement.
Except when the item(s) is defective, we charge a 20% restocking fee for all opened products within the return window. Non-Perishable items are only eligible for refund or replacement when:
- Received by The Bloom Terrace within 30 days of purchase
- Returned item is the same as the purchased item
- Returned complete with all its original packaging and is undamaged
- Is unused, undamaged and/ or has not been modified by the customer
